What do emotions have to do with health?
There have been hundreds and hundreds of scientific studies that prove how fundamental our Emotional State is to our mental and physical health. In most cases, pain has an underlying emotional component.
It is now widely accepted, even in the medical profession, that Stress causes illness, and that state of mind plays a major role in chronic and acute illness and disease.
The word 'stress' can be defined as' the way we perceive and react to the influence of the world around us'.
Although sometimes stress can motivate and stimulate, many people experience negative stress.
'I don't like this!'
All stress is cause by subjective Perception as we view the world through the filter of our beliefs.
Negative stress is just a resistance to something that 'is'.
A rainy day to one person might seem wonderful, and to another frustrating and disappointing - it is not the rain that is the problem, but the way it is perceived - the Belief that one has about it.
